Our roofing engineers apply a two coat mastic asphalt system which can be used on walkways, steps and many areas where other flat-roofing materials would not be suitable. Mastic asphalt is specially formulated to provide ideal water proofing which is rich in bitumen and results in a material that is 100% waterproof.
